Privacy statement

What we collect. Your registration details (name, work email, organization name and type, state, approximate size, optional phone), the organizational profile and policy decisions you enter while building, and the documents the tool generates for you. We also record product events (like "handbook generated") to improve the tool — these events never include your policy text.

How it is used. To operate the builder: saving your progress, generating your documents, and sending the transactional emails you consented to (sign-in links and account notices). If you separately opted into marketing email, you can withdraw that consent anytime via the unsubscribe link or by writing to admin@faulknerhrsolutions.info.

What we do not do. We do not sell your information. We do not use your handbook content to build anyone else's handbook. Where optional AI-assisted features are enabled, your content is sent to the AI provider only for your request, is not used to train models under our provider agreement, and AI never runs on your content without you clicking the feature.

Uploads. If you upload an existing handbook for analysis, upload only the handbook itself. Please do not upload employee lists, medical information, or other sensitive personal data — the analysis does not need it.

Security and retention. Data is stored per-account with role-based access, encrypted in transit, with credentials and API keys encrypted at rest. You may export your project or ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to admin@faulknerhrsolutions.info; deletion removes your projects and documents within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
